I help people develop strategies to better cope with anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. I can help you with negative or obsessive thoughts, and compulsive behaviors (OCD).
I can help you work though issues related to your identity, relationships, parenting, family, general communication, and self-esteem.
I help youth create better relationships with their parents and develop more helpful strategies and communication skills.
